Established in 1984, Canal Dover Furniture has over 25 years of woodworking experience. Now located in rural Holmes County, Ohio, we manufacture top quality bedroom, living room, dining, and office furniture. Each piece is carefully constructed using "tried and true" techniques such as mortise and tenon joinery and dovetailed corners. This truly is, "Furniture to last a lifetime...and then some!"
The Difference is in the Details
Careful machining and sanding achieve the highest standards, and only carefully selected North American hardwoods are used. Only the best "tried & true" joinery techniques are used—mortise and tenon, wood dowel and English Dovetail.
The Finishing Touch
Lustrous color and patina are achieved by a multi-step process involving various toners, stains and repeated hand polishing. All surfaces are finished including underneath tables and inside drawers.
